At Know Mankind, each piece is made specifically for you. Because our items are printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind our quality.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement.

What qualifies for a replacement?

- Manufacturing defects

- Damage during shipping

- Incorrect item received

How to request a replacement:

- Your order number

- A clear photo showing the issue
